Bon Parfumeur

Bon Parfumeur Candle 02 with coriander seed, honey and tobacco leaf

$49.00

Candle 02 : An opulent honey

An elegant, warm yet wild candle with sunny notes of lavender from the south of France. Coriander seed helps heighten the aromatic vibrancy. The honeyed heart then welcomes ylang-ylang and anise, forming a rich and bewitching trio. The sweet accents of tonka bean mingle with the addictive

notes of tobacco leaf and cedar. Give in to temptation!

PS : We’ve heard that coriander seed is an aphrodisiac.

What does tobacco leaf smell like ?

The absolute is obtained from Virginia tobacco leaves using volatile solvent extraction. It has a warm, honeyed, sweet, aromatic and slightly woody scent that gives compositions a hay-like or tonka-like effect.

What does honey add to fragrances ?

There is no such thing as honey essential oil, but perfumers recreate the smell of honey by combining various raw materials. This note adds body and sweetness, as well as a sunny, hay-like, nourishing and nostalgia-inducing facet. Warm and honeyed notes can be found in certain sunny flowers. The scent of honey shares similarities with the smell of tobacco leaves.

How to use your candle ?

When you first use your candle, light it for 1 to 2 hours so the wax melts up to the edge of the glass. Keep your candle away from drafts and trim the wick to 1 cm (1/3 inch) before each use. This will keep it looking good for longer !
